I made an appointment for my daughter a couple days in advance. We came in early and were immediately serviced. The stylist was super kind. I asked the stylist to thin out my daughter's thick hair while keeping her length, hoping to make her long hair more manageable. She did a great job. The salon is really cute, it has a little play area, a tv for each seat, fun seats and an overall very fun design. They also gave my daughter a unicorn clip and clip-in braid for her hair after her cut, as well as balloons, stickers, and suckers. I would definitely return again.

Our grandson is Level 3 non verbal autistic. Alyssa was absolutely amazing with him. Let him do his thing and she adapted. We walked out with a lil boy with a cute haircut and no traumatic meltdown. Will absolutely be back. Mind you Ace will only let you sizzor cut and will not stop moving. She did fantastic.

We had to take a few breaks, stand up sit down crawl around for a bit but our stylist was able to give my little girl her hair cut. She really loved the hair clip added at the end of the cut. Our twin girls had their first haircuts here with Emily. We had a great experience! Our appointment time was moved due to a stylist being ill and Cookie Cutters reached out to make this change early in the day. We appreciated that they were able to still accommodate us despite being down a stylist. Emily was super patient and sweet to the girls. We loved the little playset in the lobby, the screens the girls could watch as they got their haircuts, and the certificates they received for their first haircuts. The experience was stress-free and fun! I definitely recommend Cookie Cutters, especially for a first haircut.
